Building a Scalable Mentorship Program
Designed and launched a structured mentorship program for a growing mid-size organization, aligning the initiative with business goals and development priorities. Developed a framework, matching process, and launch/onboarding collateral that drove strong participation in the first year — and is now being leveraged in other segments of the company.

My project highlight: Creating a matching process that paired mentors and mentees based on shared growth goals, not just job titles.

Translating a Unique Corporate Culture Into an Authentic Statement
Collaborated with executive leadership to replace a legacy policy with a new, values-driven culture statement. The project included stakeholder alignment, message development, and communication planning to ensure a smooth transition and broad stakeholder adoption—which was achieved.

My project highlight: Using ChatGPT to test the new message platform with simulated internal and external audiences to pressure-test tone and clarity before rollout.

Stepping In to Provide HR Support
Partnered with a growing company to provide fractional HR leadership, focusing on both strategy and implementation. Designed an enhanced onboarding process for new hires and developed manager training on key talent topics to support growth and consistency across the organization. Delivered results without the cost or ramp-up time of a full-time hire.
